Also featured are Celebrity Cheffes Anne-Cecile Degenne from Raffles & Fairmont Makati (France), Beatriz Gonzalez (Mexico - France), Kimsan Sok (Cambodia), Georgiana Viou (France), Angela Brown who heads the culinary brigade at Raffles Grand Hotel d' Angkor (UK - Australia), and Celebrity Pastry Cheffe Keiko Nagae (Japan - France).
"Sofitel Saigon Plaza prides itself in providing a culinary event for the most discerning food connoisseurs in Ho Chi Minh City. The gathering of Michelin-starred Cheffes and Celebrity Cheffes highlights our commitment as an ambassador of French art-de-vivre to offer the best French cuisine and culture in the heart of the city while honouring women," said Olivier Revy, general manager of Sofitel Saigon Plaza.
The event aims to honour women and their talents in the world of gastronomy as well as raising awareness for the career-opportunities available to women in the culinary industry.
