Six fine-dining hotel restaurants in Hong Kong and Macau garnered eight Michelin Stars. These are L'Envol, Rùn, Tin Lung Heen, Tosca di Angelo, Lai Heen, and Man Ho located in various Marriot International Luxury Hotels.
For L'Envol at The St. Regis Hong Kong, it’s another star added to its collection. At the same time, Man Ho at JW Marriott Hotel Hong Kong celebrates its inaugural star this year. All the restaurants are in the 2021 edition of the Michelin Guide Hong Kong Macau.
