Singapore eateries gear up for Father's Day weekend

With Singapore's Phase 2 reopening on 19 June and Father's Day coming this weekend, restaurants across Singapore are preparing their latest culinary line-up to tempt dads with irresistible treats. From Oakwood Premier AMTD Singapore’s SE7ENTH restaurant, the Father’s Day Gourmet Care Pack comprises of eight sweet and savoury canapés handcrafted by executive chef Dickson Fung, plus a choice of beer, house red or white wine and a Father’s Day card to leave heart-warming messages for dad. The exclusive pack is available from 15 to 21 June for takeaways or on Chope on Delivery.
On the other hand, the Sofitel Singapore City Centre presents a feast fit for the king of the house. The hotel’s award-winning brigade of chefs has curated two decadent feasts for Father's Day celebration at home, paying homage to the duality of cuisines served in Racines. If Dad loves his beer, opt for the feast that includes the hotel's four signature craft beers. Available from now until 21 June.
Meanwhile, a treat for Dad and the whole family awaits from Putien. The 'Pot of Goodies’ is a prosperous dish which is essentially a ‘pen cai’ layered with ten top-notch ingredients lovingly braised for eight hours. These include abalone, scallops, mushrooms, fish maw, dried razor clams, chicken wings, roast pork, sea cucumber, first harvest seaweed, and white cabbage. This unique pot is available for pre-order from 8 to 21 June.
And for dessert, order from Awfully Chocolate’s dark chocolate desserts menu. The chocolate dessert shop has a 24/7 online shop. The cakes are delivered in AC thermal bags to preserve their quality. Customers can enjoy the same dessert experience at home as they would from any of the Awfully Chocolate’s 14 stores across Singapore.
