New mobile app to boost efficiency and sales for tea drink brand in SG and HK

To boost operational efficiency and reduce in-store wait times, Chinese tea drink brand HEYTEA has launched a new mobile app. Founded in China in 2012, the tea chain now manages more than 400 stores in over 37 cities in China and abroad. To keep pace with digital transformation, the company incorporates technology to enhance its operations.
Wirecard, a digital finance technology provider, developed the app. Called HEYTEA GO App, the solution promises seamless payment capabilities to customers in all stores in Singapore and Hong Kong. 
In today's digital world, technology is essential to the company's operations, said Kiki Zhou, public relations manager at HEYTEA. At the same time, HEYTEA needs to keep pace with customers' preferences and expectations. 
"In cooperation with Wirecard, we launched HEYTEA GO to improve customer experience where users can customise, order and pay for their drinks quickly and seamlessly. We're delighted to partner with Wirecard as we continue to expand our brand across Asia," Zhou concluded.
